When it comes to learning styles, everyone learns in different ways. Through books, listening, hands on and other ways as well. But regardless of how people learn, experience is always the best lesson there is. When it comes to the topic of Human Relations, in our opinion the best way to truly get a feel and sense of understanding of it, is for you to go through it. You can sit down and have as many discussion and ideas as you can about certain topics about the work environment and how to go about them, but when it's finally time to go through with those actions, will you be able to do them as you think you can? For this assessment we aimed at giving you an interactive real life experience so that you can truly have a feel for what it is like going through a problem at work, or maybe even a work activity.
